Cavendish can undertake small and large scale assignments and can offer additional services such as competency testing, interview days and workshops. Cavendish can also offer all clients HR advice and employment law guidance.

CANDIDATES

At Cavendish we understand how important it is for you to be well informed and fully prepared from the beginning in order to give your best. Our trained consultants will take you through the recruitment process allowing you to concentrate on finding a job or career that is right for you.

At Cavendish we will start by meeting and registering every candidate. This will include a discussion on your current status and aspirations, with clear advice and guidance on those aspirations. The registration process will include competency testing, and following the interview we will discuss CV preparation, interview techniques and make sure you are prepared for any roles you obtain interview for.

At Cavendish we believe you are a candidate, not just a number, so we will continue to monitor your progress and we will keep in touch with your situation. We will be there to support and guide you if required and the consultant assigned to you will be available 24/7 for support.
