DAVID TURNER ACA, LlB - owner.

David heads up the Financial Recruitment at Cavendish and brings with him 25 years experience as a qualified accountant (ACA). He has worked in a variety of organisations at a senior level, latterly in a family owned property development and investment business. David is also a trustee at RAFT and in his spare time enjoys all sports, particularly tennis, football, rugby, golf and skiing.

LEE SAUNDERS BSc– partner

Lee heads up the Dental Recruitment at Cavendish and brings 3 years experience of working with dental practices in and around London. From an original degree in Sports Science and a desire to work in sport, Lee has now made a career as a recruitment consultant. Outside of work Lee is a keen footballer and plays every Saturday for a local team.

FARAH KARIMI – senior consultant.

Farah heads up the Commercial Recruitment at Cavendish and brings with her 5 years experience running the office at Cavendish. Previously Farah was a Finance Manager in several businesses in West London so she brings with her experience from both sides of the recruitment process. At Cavendish in particular Farah account manages the longer serving customers and administers the candidate database. Outside of work Farah enjoys tennis and cooking at home for parties both large and small.

JAMES WEDGE – owner

James has various business interests including Cavendish and most of those revolve around Wedge Group, a family business in its third generation which was established in 1923. Most business have a property or construction basis. Outside of work James enjoys shooting, fishing and golf, together with skiing with his young family.
